Avoid working here - Anonymous employee Visby Medical Employee Review

The leadership is horrendous and selfish - Layoffs are always imminent. I saw people get laid off every 4 months for whatever terrible decision leadership was making. Pay is awful relative to other Bay Area companies. Constantly slashing benefits (no 401K matching, snacks and food, etc). Overpriced product. Extremely rude managers (thought this was normal until I found a better and much more high paying job).
