Pros

- Dog-friendly office. - Stay close to management and say 'Yes' to everything to get promoted. - Unlimited Beer at the Berlin office, Unlimited Coffee at the Hamburg office and everything unlimited at the Paris office. - Company-owned Bar at Paris office where every decision is taken (Ex: Promotions, Product Vision, Acquisition etc.) - Travel ban for most of the employees except for management and leadership. - No performance review. - The HR team is cool, and they are like puppets of management - Annual summer party with unlimited diluted liquor and free on-site stay for one day - Many Intelligent and competitive colleagues - Cool Engineering teams with excellent Engineering leadership - Great product designers

Cons

- Always top-down style approach from management and leadership team. - Product leadership is driven by French politics and an absolute monopoly leadership style. - No transparency on promotions and layoffs. Nepotism is quite evident in every department - Performance is evaluated based on the style of communication - Management doesn't like when someone asks "Why" - Politics in the name of Strategy, especially at the Director level - The C-level is typical Bayern Empire - No place for diversity in the management and leadership

Cons
