Leads will force you to go available for new calls without giving you proper documentation time between calls or chats.
Breaks are scheduled but some employees are allowed to take infinite amount of breaks even when short staffed leaving everyone else floundering around with no end to incoming support requests and calls.
If you want a job that restricts when you can go to the bathroom and never knowing when your lunch break is going to be until the day of, this is the job for you!
Hard to get time off approved.
