Pros
Paid in USD, so if you live in a country where USD is worth a lot, you probably get a much better salary than a highly skilled professional for relatively basic work.
Cons
The company will defend the "clients" on top of everything. If you land a good client, great. But the odds are you will get someone who just wants cheap labor and will treat you accordingly. Don't expect VL to defend you or take your side should any problems arise, even if it's not your fault or it's not true.
