Pros
They are moving into flexible work options. Teams like billing and finance and marketing are already working from home a few days a week. We can not wait until it's our turn. Culture has changed so much that it's hardly recognizable. Some of the client success managers are full of drama but it seems the leadership team is helping to clean that up. Bring your dog to work and fun office parties are amazing
