Pros

The management is excellent, and the bosses are approachable and supportive. They offer great perks like HMO coverage and paid leaves.

Cons

Unfortunately, as an independent contractor (IC), there are no statutory benefits like SSS or Pag-IBIG. Additionally, side gigs are not allowed, limiting additional income opportunities.
