Pros
Great people. Everyone is friendly. I enjoy the traveling once a month or so within a 6 hour driving radius. You get to talk to a lot of interesting and very intelligent people.
Cons
Pay is just okay. Not outstanding. Also, having to use a personal credit card for work travel expenses and waiting 2 weeks to get reimbursed for everything is not ideal.
