      Work Life balance Travel benefits (although it’s very stressful and getting more difficult to use) Some genuine and nice people trying to do good things for the organisation

      Toxic culture at Bowen Hills Totally deflated employees Bullying common People not being utilised for their skills You don’t get ahead by being good at what you do, it’s all about playing politics and toeing the line Pay is well below standards ExCo totally disconnected Terrible senior leadership

      Pros

      Office environment was great, even though it was a cubicle farm. Systems and processes were very good. Benefits for travel were very good. Facilities were really good too. Lots of really great people.Flexible work hours available.

      Cons

      Hierarchy was obvious but to be expected. You need to have a thick skin if you are working on a temporary contract.
