Free gym membership, perks, co-workers are generally friendly.
Cons
-Managers are dishonest about contracts and will do whatever they can not to accomodate changes in contracts that would mean paying staff more. -Payment is often incorrect - once this is brought up the management staff is quick to attempt to intimidate staff from bringing the issue up again, rather than support staff or admit they were wrong and rectify the issue. Sums can result in the thousands. -Management/supervisors feign to be supportive of their subordinates but often just repeat the company line when issues are raised and insist staff do not repeat concerns. -Team members are given multiple duties outside of their job description to compensate for the under-staffing issues. -Incredibly high demands for employees given the rate of pay is well below London Living Wage. -Staff turnover is constant and leaving staff are often not replaced.
