Thanks for the feedback, we're constantly reviewing our pay for our employees to ensure they're inline with industry standard and the cost of living. Due to the nature of the industry, our employees are asked to be flexible with their working hours, which can include evenings and weekends. We also try to be accommodating with our requests for flexibility, ensuring a suitable work-life balance for our employees.
