I’m really sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience overall and thank you for giving further detail on where things can be improved. Due to the nature of our business, Bank Holidays are involved but of course you obtain a day in lieu for this. Thank you for your hard work whilst you were with us and I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you on this occasion.
