- Overall, great group of people working towards a common goal - Growing company; exciting changes - Leader in the space of Amazon software solutions - Really cool software that has helped build small businesses and grow existing ones

- Rapidly changing and urgent priorities oftentimes making it difficult to focus on one task - Seemingly disconnected leadership team ex. The VL leadership team lacks some fundamental knowledge of the Amazon space which sometimes leads to poor decisions. SMEs are oftentimes brought into the discussions though their advice is rarely adhered to - Performance feedback needs to be sought after by employees ex. Rarely does a member of the leadership acknowledge a job well done - likely because they are simply unaware though it seems that they should be at least minimally plugged into the day to day and celebrate employees when they do something great not only having a fire drill when something doesn't go according to plan
