Pros
VirPack is a smaller company and as such, you may find yourself performing some responsibilities that are outside of your role. I personally enjoy the variety this provides and it prevents monotony. This is not a company that pushes employees to work ridiculous hours weekly, but rather maintains some flexibility and understands you have a life outside of work (doctor appointments, kids, etc). The customers are civil and professional as are the employees. The product is great and loved by customers and typically lacks major issues, so maintaining the customer base and positive interactions with customers is a bit easier. The support is frequently referred to as fantastic and the product as "this is our good system" by VirPack's customers. The benefits package is great and includes 100% insurance premium coverage for you AND your immediate family.
Cons
Depending on your role, you may end up with too many hats to wear from time to time. This is typically a shorter term issue and the company is working to address it. The company is pretty small, so upward mobility is naturally limited.
