Very fun, supportive co-workers. Expected to get things done, and learn, but in a fun way that lends itself to taking breaks for a quick walk, nerf gun battle or word game. There are many opportunities for learning and the management and leadership takes create care to cultivate a growth environment that is key to personal development. A smaller team means employees get a chance to throw their hat in the ring for many projects.

Small team can mean more responsibilities and workload. Open office environment is great for communication but can be distracting at times.

The people that make up this company are some of the most talented and wonderful people I have met in a professional setting. It's a tight-knit culture where hard work is rewarded with hard play. The clientele ranges from local businesses to nationally-recognized brands (some even international), so you get to work with some awesome accounts. The company focuses on providing excellent services and products to clients and therefore is a smaller company. But overall, the size of the company hasn't hindered project flow and stellar implementation.

Be ready to juggle different responsibilities. I personally find it exciting because I'm learning something new every day, but not everyone can be a multi-tasker.
