Pros
Lots of opportunity to step up to the plate and expand your skill set. Expected to take on a variety of roles and so it's never dull working here. I find the work here very challenging - in a good way.
Management and colleagues have been very helpful and they do mentor you despite the resource constraints.
Flexible working hours means you get to manage your own time.
Senior staff are very much in the know about the online video industry and you get some interesting knowledge sharing from them.
Cons
The often long (and erratic) hours means you can forget about work-life balance. The company is more suited to someone who is ambitious and is happy to put in long hours and either has an understanding family/friends or is a career-minded single.
You'll need to be passionate about what you do at work. Otherwise, the pros mentioned above could get to you.
Laziness, especially, is not tolerated (thank god!) and some staff had to be asked to leave as a result. Getting rid of these people has resulted in a more efficient work place - This is not necessarily a con.
