Pros
I really like working for Viome. My manager is a great mentor but he'd not s micromanager. He seems genuinely interested in helping me grow. Also, the management has been having recent All-Hands Meetings to talk about the company's future as well as to address the growing pains the company has been going though. They seem intent on inproving things at the company, and so far, so good. Overall, I feel that my work is extremely valued and I think the company had a great future.
Cons
The company is in major growth spurt mode, so sometimes things can get a little chaotic. I knew this going in. After all, Viome is a mature startup.
