Pros
- There were some very good and nice colleagues among the warehouse team and the working students in the ecom team (all of them left the company).
Cons
- Bad management. The management failed and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. - Strong division between the departments. - Virtue signaling. - Unpaid extra work. - Low salaries compared to the averages in the industry. - Reverse hiring. - Lack of financial intelligence. A lot of money was spent on peacocking in social media, parties, and PR, while most of the workers were underpaid. In some cases, the management refused to hire new employees to keep the production stable. As result, the quality of the products suffered. - Lack of long-term strategy. Instead, of data-driven discussion-making, the managers were taking important decisions spontaneously based on emotions.
