      Pros

      My coworkers were awesome and from all over the world. I got to write about what I was most passionate about (you choose the area you know best) I was able to work on a lot of different projects to find what area I wanted to be in (social media, content, community, etc) Small team so you have to step up and learn fast!

      Cons

      Small team means company decisions often consider you last. No hierarchy is usually a good thing but it sometimes makes decision making hard. Goals are changed often so projects can be very stop and go.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule Creativity Freedom to write about almost anything Opportunity to travel abroad

      Cons

      poverty wages no overtime pay no benefits broken communication breach of contract withholding pay it takes a village to make a decision American team residing in Seoul is immature Unless you have nothing to do and only want extra cash (which isn't much) then go ahead and slave yourself to this "start-up" that's been around since 2011.
