Very exciting company that is growing, fun environment to work in days are quick and fast paced.

Sometimes you feel you are behind but co- workers are there to help, good team work.

Coming from the outside in, seems like it has great growth potential and career advancement.

Completely disorganized, management does not exist there, people who operate the company have little to no experience in the field, there is absolutely no structure on any level, offers no benefits to working long hours, employees are not respected or listened to, bad upper management calls when making decisions about the company and it leaves employees feeling that their is no stability, you never know what to expect in working there on a daily basis, in the little time I spent with this company, over 25 people where terminated for management hiring the wrong people for the job who had worked for the company for less than a month and people where resigning left and right. I would not ever recommend working for this company unless it was ran by completely different management, staff and owners.
