The management and upper level employees are compassionate,understanding amd great teachers.

The downside would be working in any and all weather conditions.

The company has solid values and principles, and the processes they use follow them. The use of cutting edge technologies is part of the great learning experience. Everybody has a voice and the bosses are willing to listen to different points of view. You can jump from one area to another and work on different kind of projects. Some projects are not too much cool but the average are enjoyable. There are very talented people on each area and they share knowledge with others. When I worked there I learned a lot of technologies and processes. They made me a better human being with their culture and values that they showed me. Not only the projects are important but the people and they care about them. I learned values that hopefully I can apply to my day-to-day work and life.

Sometimes projects take more than expected and need some extra-work.
