The company has recently gone through significant turnover because the CEO is a disaster and the leaders are merely his puppets. It is almost cultish and the second someone leaves management will tarnish their name and reputation. I have seen it over and over and am waiting for the day that I am next. They make you believe if you leave it is because you aren't good enough! Leadership is unbelievably manipulative and if anyone believes they are above the negative talk, even the top producers are ridiculed either directly or to others.
