Pros
Among the wide myriad of possible "Pros" that could I could conceivably list here, I think that the greatest and most paramount to mention is the support we receive at the site-level from leadership at the corporate level. The management personnel, from Area Directors to Vice-Presidents and beyond, at Village Green our are second-to-none in terms ingenuity, resourcefulness, and experience. More than that, they are teachers who share their wisdom and empower their employees with the same knowledge and enthusiasm that they themselves possess, meanwhile setting a high standard with regard to both professionalism and performance. Likewise, another "pro" in my book is how the atmosphere at every VG-managed property that I’ve worked is so consistently energized -- As an individual who thrives on challenging and fast-paced environments, I have found a second home in these offices, and another family in our teams. We are consistently driven toward providing the best we can offer to those that we serve, and I believe that it is easily demonstrated through the readily-available praise of our happy residents. If it weren't for my site-level coworkers, however, I do not believe I would so genuinely enjoy doing what I do on an everyday basis at the same level that I currently do. Each team member that I work with brings something special and unique to the table, and it shows through our collective successes. Ultimately, I love working for Village Green, and I take great pride in the work that I do there. As I stated above, my coworkers and I are consistently challenged to perform at the highest of standards in a fast-paced environment, with great leaders at the helm who encourage and facilitate improvement and growth in each and every one of us on a daily basis.
Cons
Sometimes there are "Pros" that can also be considered "Cons" -- What some might call a “double-edged sword." To me, I'd say that some might view our high standards and expectations of performance to be too demanding.
