As the title says, it's easy and stress free. Once you get the hang of different SAQ types this job is a breeze. On average you take about 20-30 calls a day and there is a good amount of downtime in between calls. You help merchants get into PCI compliance that on the surface looks daunting, but once you know what you're doing you make it easier for them and yourself... Also, working from home is nice

Not much room for growth. Pay is not great.

The people I work with are easy to get a long with despite this being the worst company I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with.

Hmmm where to begin. Perhaps, the fact I had 9 management changes in 3 years (4 of them c-Suite). The pay plan changes to what ever they feel like when they feel like. When I first got the job it was for Net new Mid Market. Fast forward a year later they fire their entire enterprise team and I absorb their quota and clients. Fast forward another year and now I deal with renewals. Not the job I signed up for or even want. They constantly sell lies, and the biggest problem is they are naive enough to convince themselves. This is not a group of good people with good intentions. It has ruined my view of Private Equity back tech for the rest of my life. I often consider if working here is my version of hell. No diversity in customer facing roles. The things they do here are not things that a good person would do. Above all else the PE firm will be the death of this company cause they project unrealistic numbers and it trickles down to create poor management, poor culture, and most of all poor attitudes
