You get some great work but only sometimes

No flexibility, directors who think that only their idea is the best. No concern for the personal life of the employee. Poor coordination between the directors. No sense of direction given to the employees on what's going on. No transparency. No sense of values in the top management. They seem blinded by the money they are getting.
