This is a great place to work. The management team cares about the employees, provides feedback (you know where you stand), and are always innovating. There are virtually no politics here. People are always willing to chip in, even if it isn't in their job description. We have regular social events, which are theme based and run by different department each time. The live TV and corporate video business is never dull, so it keeps you on your toes. The culture is performance based - the performers get recognized and rewarded.
