      Fast moving and industry shifting company

      Used to be Ad Age Best Places to work (policies, work environment), but changes in economic climate caused a huge change in culture in the recent year. Not sure about the future

      The best company benefits around

      Cons

      constant re-orgs and small lay-offs, company has a new CEO every 12 months with a completely new vision, Amazing direct managers but company has no idea who they are or what they want to be.
