1yThanks so much for sharing your feedback. We’re really proud of how much our people genuinely care for each other, and it’s a direct result of the effort we’ve put into shaping our culture over the past couple of years.
Our hybrid model offers flexibility, supporting colleagues in maintaining a balance between home and work. While it might limit face-to-face time, which doesn’t work for everyone, it also gives others the flexibility they really value. We’re always open to feedback on how to help better balance this.
