Pros

I value the leadership here at Victory Van Corporation and also the family working environment. The consideration of one's family and health are prioritized above all. I've worked several jobs and I have never experienced the CEO constantly at work every day making sure things are running smoothly and actually checking on his employees.

Cons

Not at all. If I have any issues inside or outside of work. I've always been able to come out on top working here at Victory and that's the honest truth.

Pros

There are good, experienced people here. We have newer hires that are willing to work hard. A good health plan and benefits package is offered. An effort is being made to bring all departments together, creating better teamwork and understanding of our roles.

Cons

Training can be improved. Communication with clients and employees can be improved. Employees need positive reinforcement.
