      Pros

      Branches are wonderful to work at, with great people that want to do right.

      Cons

      Jekyll and Hyde principals/owners. If profits are up all is good, but if you have one bad year or environmental change in your location or industry, they quickly forget what you have done for them in the past. Recently sold company to public company named KapStone.

      Pros

      Strong Culture and Leadership. Even though it's a large organization it doesn't feel too big.

      Cons

      Large Organization so there can be "red tape" but that's just part of being at a larger business.
