Really cool and interesting items being sold to be excited about.
Most of the people who work there are really nice.
Good discount on items sold.
Cons
You only get vacation, sick, and personal days once you have been there for a full year. All of them together are 6. So if you want to have a vacation at all and happen to get sick you don't get paid.
Income is low. Even if you are on the office side of the job you are not making much income at all.
Hardly any raises and career opportunities.
Management is always changing. I was there under 2 years and we had 3 CEO changes and a couple full management changes.
Lots of aspects about the company are very disorganized and sloppy.
Every change of position I had there was never fully defined and for the most part of it I felt in some sort of limbo. The training I received throughout all of these changes were not thorough and in some parts nonexistent.
