Pros

You got whole brunch of knowledge about bras which 90% of women won't really know. Fair employee discount. Very great customer service experience Lots of fun when working with the team Most of the girls I work with are very nice and it is an amazing team Extra money if the whole team made the bonus for the month. Love the General Manger in my store. She is amazing!

Cons

It was very nice working for the brand. I enjoyed it a lot. However, I keep getting more and more disappointment after I have done so much purchase in the store. The way how they help me to make the transaction compare to how they finish a normal customer's transaction is really not fair. For example, they always keep me waiting for so long because some of the supervisor was keep chatting with other stuff when they were doing the transaction that they don't think they should respect me as a customer. Also, I remember one time when I was shopping in the store during my break at my another job and I was rushing. I kept asking my coworkers to call a supervisor come to the cashier to help me (They keep saying that only the management team can do employee's purchase but it is not true. I saw the general manager let a normal stuff do it in front of my but NO ONE WILL EVER LISTEN TO ME. To those who always ignore what I tell them about these of things, I never feel good the whole shift when I have to work with them ) Whatever anyway, the girls didn't help call any supervisor to come until I am the front of the line so I let the customer pay first before the manager arrived. One thing I really don't understand is why that manager asked me to step aside to wait till she finished helping the customer behind me to paid before she let me pay. I wasn't working that time AND I WAS RUSHING TOO!!!!!! I was so mad after that. Sometimes we will have some free gifts when you spend more than specific amount. Once I was buying some items and try to make the total reach specific amount when I pay for it just because I want to get the free gift bag that time. The same manager came to help again.(Let's call her Pungie) Since the store I am working is including the PINK brand, we also have the same gift bag with the logo "PINK" instead of the Victoria's Secret one. It is exactly the same deal if you wanna get the Pink gift bag. ALL other girls keep letting customer choose the gift bag that they want when I was working that day but Pungie, that manger said no I can't choose the bag because the items I purchased are all from VS when I want the PINK logo one:((((((( NO ONE HAVE EVER TOLD US THAT CUSTOMERS CAN'T CHOOSE THE GIFT BAGS BASED ON WHAT ITEMS THEY PURCHASE SO WHY I CAN'T???!!!!! I have mentioned this to the team after that and everyone was surprised that I couldn't choose and they couldn't argue after I told them PUNGIE done the transaction. At this point, I will think if the manager is the only reason why I feel like I've been treating so unfairly. However.......... Normally, if a customer want to refund or exchange some items they brought. We can do it for them as long as they have the receipt within 90 days. Without a receipt, we can still do it but we can't refund the money to them. We will return the money as store credit instead but we are still able to let them exchange the items right away. So....... I have bought whole brunch of things right before Black Friday and I went back to exchange one of the items on Friday. The supervisor who helped me doing the exchange forgot to give me back my receipt. I called back to the store on the same day when I realized that and the manager there said they will look for it on the phone but they said they found nothing the next day I returned to the store. Another manager asked me to call the company customer service line so that they can send me back my original receipt. I reached out to the customer service but they said they don't have the access to do it so I ask another manager when I was at work in the store and guess what all the manager said to me? "OH YOU HAVE TO GO TALK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER ABOUT THAT IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEMS OR REFUND IN THE FUTURE." Are you kidding me? The GM won't be in the store all the time, especially when I am only working part time there. You think I have time to keep going back the store on my day off just for an exchange? There are still more and more little things that I can tell about how unfairly the company treat between their employee and customer but I am not going to list all them her. It just make me feel like the company has been being super careful from preventing any scam from it's employee and this is very upsetting and disappointing! After what all this happened, I am so done shopping in my own store. I will never shop in my store again before I am no longer an employee there. I would rather having the respect from the staff there way much more than my employee discount. I will only shop in another store and pretend I don't work for the company next time when I shop from them.

Pros

Remote, work-life balance, easily post shifts and get vto if you want it

Cons

Hours fluctuate way too much, and repetitive, brainless type of calls. You're walked all over, and have to play stupid with customers because of their "assume good intent" policy, but WOW the amount of people who take advantage of this wild. You will see hundreds of dollars refunded on numerous back-to-back orders of the same person claiming they didn't get their package, or coupons and gift cards, nonstop, with customers always complaining. The complaints from customers still in store on their treatment from store managers and supervisors are shocking, I've had calls hearing those workers yellling at customers. The type of work and level of needing to play stupid is just not for me. I also didnt care for never getting a straight answer from managers, trainers, higher-ups. Everything is always beating around the bush. One time hours were cut back a lot, and they blamed the tariffs that the president imposed, which made no sense. Come to find out from a long-term employee that it was just the usual slow time. It's a weird work environment that you just can't take seriously. If you want remote work, take it for the experience on your resume, but move on.
