      Pros

      Really laid back and accommodating. Will work around your schedule plus the material isn't difficult. The students don't normally come to study hours but the ones that do are always cool.

      Cons

      There's a 20 hour limit per week and it can get really boring. The students will get frustrated easily if the material is too dense.

      Works around your class schedule, You can choose how many hours a week you want to work. You can connect with career exploration on campus to find a job after graduation.

      Typically 19 hours however it can vary depending on the department you work for.

      low level of communication, workload increases, pay does not. High level of education needed to get minimum pay.
