      Pros

      It's an organization that has county resources to help the community.

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. Corporate doesn't have a clue how stressed and overwhelmed the employee's are. Not sure if they really care. Seems to be more interested in making sure that upper management is happy. Meaning the Regional and Executive Directors.

      Flexible Schedule, the work environment is great,

      Must use PTO for Holidays but you do accrue enough to cover
