Pros
Lots of product innovation so the company makes money. Haven't had a lay off in the corporate offices since 2003.
Cons
Hybrid schedule with no one working 100% from home. Too clique-y. Only get promoted if you kiss butt. Directors and VPs get a disgusting bonus which is more than my salary a year! Bottom line is making money for the executives and crapping on the employees that actually work. The harder one works the more they get dumped on. Raises are small and there is a standard raise that everyone gets regardless of job performance. I am 45 years old and have been with this company for 20 years and the kids that come in are making as much as me but don't have a family to support and very little job experience. The project managers I work with screw everything up and I could do a better job on my own and have in the past.
