Good benefits and flexibility. Great training program and senior management. Active sales approach that allows for creativity on multiple business levels.
Cons
Middle management is promoted based off of sales talent and not management potential. Creates discord amongst sales teams which results in high turn overs. Minimum autonomy to sales people.
