      Work follows you home every night, company feels cultlike, found out other employees with the same position getting paid $40k more. lack of diversity. predatory towards cutomers

      You get paid on time and in U.S. dollars

      Cons

      The most money hungry and profit margin obsessed individuals I have ever seen. The CEO advised management to get rid of employees on disability benefits. Predominantly white and absolutely no diversity in management. Poor work life balance due to Private Equity backing. Zero concern for employee career progression.
