      Pros

      Backend team is packed with experienced, motivated and nice people. Fun ambience. It was fun working on a social/messaging platform. The field is super interesting.

      Cons

      Lots of features were abandoned prematurely, so personally I was disappointed about that.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
