      - Great supportive team and an amazing company culture. - The environment is very international and collaborative, with exciting and meaningful tasks to work on. - Management is approachable thanks to the open-door policy, and there’s a high level of transparency across the company. - The office is also fantastic and makes coming to work enjoyable.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
