Whoever gave a 1 star review and called out a strong negative environment must be someone who is a competitor to Vibalogics, as the comments are baseless and do not reflect reality. Vibalogics has a very strong and diverse group of leaders and employees from all backgrounds and genders. Overall, the work environment at Vibalogics has been a fantastic environment to grow and develop careers. The unique entrepreneurial environment is refreshing and extremely motivating!

No real downsides related to working at Vibalogics. The work environment provides a large component of autonomy which not all individuals are ready for. Not much micro-managing, so you need to be a self-starter

No real cons, but as expected with any CDMO the work can be demanding, but at the same time is also entirely rewarding - especially as learning opportunities are bountiful through the diversity of work and overall number of clients the business serves.
