Pros

Overtime was often offered. There was a clear career pathway.

Cons

Management was toxic because everyone was terrified they would be fired at random. The training program was absolute garbage and continually was revamped. There were different departments that had fragmented cultures that caused massive amounts of friction between employees. There were high levels of burnout due to short staff caused by terrible management. There was little to no freedom and every moment someone breathed down your neck. There was no standard to SOPS and Policies would commonly change.

Pros

Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

Cons

There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

Pros

Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

Cons

Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
