      Pros

      Work life balance is good as are the benefits. My direct management is fantastic and I have flexibility when needed and vacation time is approved almost 100% of the time.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
