It's a very dynamic company and I find it an exciting and addicting place to work!
The company offers tremendous opportunity, and you will have the ability to grow in the company if you prove yourself. There is always something to get involved in that will allow you to further develop your skills and experience.
The people working there are amazing and make it a great place to be!

I don't see this as a con however, you would want to enjoy working in a fast moving fast paced environment. If you are looking for a 9-5 job doing the same thing everyday then this is probably not the right place. However if you thrive in a dynamic environment then it's a great place to be!

Generally more than a 40 hour week.
Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning.
Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
