Pros
- Excellent new colleagues from the Inmarsat transaction - Lots of flexibility for family stuff - If you have an effective manager and they also have an effective manager, you'll likely enjoy your day-to-day
Cons
- Ineffective leadership which is mostly due to co-founder who is still CEO and does not have the skills, experience, or capability to lead a company of this size and in this competitive market - They hardly ever promote or provide meaningful pay increases, even if your "focal review" claims you're a top performer. Over the past 3 years, pay increases are not even on par with cost of living increase due to inflation - There's literally no strategy and there hasn't been in the several years I've worked here. We have been constantly in "strategy mode" for years and years.
