      Pros

      Probably has the best IT related job (Networking, Telecom) in Sudbury. You will learn how to troubleshoot issues with internet, Gain knowledge on networking etc. Management is supportive.

      Cons

      No Growth. Covert racism (Not all, but just a few) Less Pay

      Great Hours, Flexible hours, Owner is engageable.

      There's no pension and advancement in the company comes only as positions come available. Expect a 1-2 year wait minimum.
