Pros

WFH - granted to you so that u can work MINIMUM 8 hours non stop without taking a break.

Cons

KL Office (VVN) - a complete sinking ship with poor leadership skills by the upper mgmt. Newly appointed Senior Manager and manager is a true definition of brown-noser and failed to demonstrate leadership skills. In a simple words, if u have been working there for couple of years, u would know how these managers climb up the corporate ladder by brown nosing the director there. Toxic as its best. Talents who have been thinking to join the firm, I would advise u to avoid this firm and find a better place. Regardless of the pay is above average, however u will be expected to work non-stop every day even on weekends be it on peak or non peak period. You will also be granted as a contract staff and the chances of your contract being extended is highly likely cos this firm is only focusing on increasing revenue while reducing costs. Ridiculous high number of Daily KPI - a total BS as most juniors are unable to achieve the KPI being set by the team. Not only you're expected to finish up ur kpi that has been set, you're also required to work on those non billable works (admin work). Just imagine the amount of hours of have to put in every single day, Conclusion - Please change your toxic culture if u want to retain talents.

Pros

-People are actually good for the most part -work is actually pretty interesting - as long as u meet ur deadlines and meetings you can work at times that are best for you -Overall a good place if you're type a overachiever and like to challenge yourself and climb the corporate ladder and enjoy learning or have workaholic tendencies

Cons

-forcing hybrid for new hires while majority of company is remote. Have to work 60+ hours on top of commute time to office is brutal while ppl in ur teams all wfh - bare minimum training . Everyone will be too busy to teach you anything. You just get thrown work at you and you sink or swim. Its completely dreadful and just not an efficient way to learn complex work -the workload is never ending and gets mind numbing after a while -pays so low and you're doing similar hours to other big firms for much less pay -almost no office perks like other big firms no free dinners etc
