It's considered a rather high starting salary In taipei especially for English majors. Most of the times you deal with phone calls from US and UK, but there will be people calling from all over the world, all with different accents and different needs, It's quite Interesting for someone who likes talking to people.
Cons
When there is a big event such as football world cup, taylor swift tour, there will be endless calls, the phone literally rings right after you hung up the previous call, you will have to answer the phone nonstop which is super frustrating and tiring, specially when customers are not being that understanding. There is also a standard for customer representatives, there will be productivities and quality performance check, you will need to achieve.
