Too many execs for such a small company - Anonymous employee Viagio Technologies Employee Review

Upper management doesn't understand the day to day. There is no diversity on the leadership team. Many decisions are made without input for those who are doing the work. CEO is not engaged with the team. Losing good people with a lot of years in the company over the last few years due to mismanagement. Too many execs that I am guessing are paid a lot. Instead of continuing to grow at the top level, should invest in the actual employee base.
