Pros
Office areas is ok but nothing else
Cons
Working at Viacon as a Business Development Executive was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. The company lacks a foundational structure — there’s no strategic direction, no defined roadmap, and certainly no vision guiding its operations. The senior leadership, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and HR, are severely underqualified and ill-equipped to manage or support teams effectively. Their decisions are reactive instead of proactive, often made at the last minute without context or clarity. The Senior Management Team (SMT) members are not only unprofessional but also rude and dismissive, with no real understanding of the business landscape or how to lead people. Communication from leadership is inconsistent and confusing, leaving employees constantly in the dark and unsure of priorities or expectations. There is zero investment in employee growth — no training programs, no mentorship, and absolutely no career development planning. The work environment is deeply toxic, dominated by politics, favoritism, and inflated egos. HR operates more like a formality than a functioning department — they are unapproachable, dismissive of concerns, and ineffective in handling even basic issues. Employees are overworked and undervalued, with no respect shown for their time, ideas, or well-being. There are no proper systems, processes, or accountability measures in place, which creates daily chaos and unnecessary pressure across all teams. Overall, Viacon is not just mismanaged — it’s a clear example of how a lack of vision, poor leadership, and toxic culture can destroy any potential for growth. If you’re looking for a place to learn, grow, and be respected — avoid this company at all costs.
