      Pros

      There is none. It used to be a decent company to work for. Not now.

      Cons

      No direction. Identity crisis for the past 5 years. What should we be? A digital printing company or a software company. Big difference. If you are going to be a software company. Hire a software team not a bunch of kids . Be ahead of the curve not behind it. Way to late . Sinking ship.

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard. No hand holding. Get your work done and noone has an issue with you. Be communicative with others and you are golden child.

      Cons

      Going through hard times at the moment in the industry. Have had to cut down on team size and functionality. Leads to day-to-day silo experience. Should get better knowing the culture and ethics of the company.

      ViaTech has a competitive base salary for sales.

      They didn't have the infrastructure to support the transition from print to SaaS.
