The culture of the staff, office environment, labels involved & the artists that visit. Makes it undeniably a great place to work.
Cons
Long hours with demanding turnarounds. The work hard, party hard mentality is most definitely the driving factor behind the growing success of the company. Sadly you can only operate at full throttle for so long.
